- Step-by-step guidance on writing accurate, person-centred care plans.
- Training on risk assessments, falls prevention, incident and risk management.
- Support aligned with HIQA standards to ensure smoother inspections.
🟢 Nurse Manager Support (Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm)
- Direct Support Line for nurse managers and senior staff.
- Advice on governance and day to day issues.
- Guidance for inspections, regulatory correspondence, and action plans.
🟢 Contract of Care Templates
- Professionally developed templates to support essential compliance requirements.
- (Recommended training day to support implementation available)
🟢 Independent Resident Survey (Annually)
- Shane Scanlan, CEO will conduct an onsite Independent Resident Survey for annual reviews and upcoming HIQA inspections.
