🟢 Assessment & Care Planning Workshop (Twice Annually)

  • Step-by-step guidance on writing accurate, person-centred care plans.
  • Training on risk assessments, falls prevention, incident and risk management.
  • Support aligned with HIQA standards to ensure smoother inspections.

🟢 Nurse Manager Support (Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm)

  • Direct Support Line for nurse managers and senior staff.
  • Advice on governance and day to day issues.
  • Guidance for inspections, regulatory correspondence, and action plans.

🟢 Contract of Care Templates

  • Professionally developed templates to support essential compliance requirements.
  • (Recommended training day to support implementation available)

🟢 Independent Resident Survey (Annually)

  • Shane Scanlan, CEO will conduct an onsite Independent Resident Survey for annual reviews and upcoming HIQA inspections.
